Here are some ways to ease constipation:
Take more prunes
Prune fruit is a fruit rich in fiber. This fruit also contains sorbitol, a sugar that can soften the stool so that it can naturally help ease constipation. Sorbitol is a type of bowel stimulant where it helps reduce stool transit times, and ease constipation.
If you do not like the wrinkled texture or the unique taste, you can try to choose prune juice. But, the fiber of prune juice has far lower content than a prune fruit. 200 grams of prune fruit contains approximately 29.4 grams of sorbitol. While 200 grams of prune juice may contains approximately 12.2 grams of sorbitol. As a result if you choose to prune juice eventually you will also consume extra sugars.
Do not consume excessive prune. Prune will start working in at least a couple of hours. Don’t drink prune juice every hour as it may cause increase the risk of diarrhea.
Avoid dairy and cheese
Dairy and cheese products usually contain lactose, which is sensitive to some people. Lactose can cause constipation and stomach bloating for some people. If you have constipation problems, reduce the milk cheese, other dairy products from the diet until you feel better.
The exceptions are yogurt, especially yogurt that contains live probiotics. Probiotics-containing yogurt such as bifid bacterium longum or bifid bacterium animalis has clinical statistic to assist in more frequent stool expenditure and reduce pain.
Eat ingredients that can condense stools

Castor oil sometime may cause few types of rare side effects, but it is uncomfortable to drink too much. Excess jatropha oil doses can cause dizziness, nausea, stomach cramps, fainting, skin rashes, diarrhea, chest pain and shortness of breath. Contact the emergency unit if you drink too much grease.
Note that fish oil can “lead to” constipation. Unless recommended by your medical practitioner, do not consume fish oil supplements to relieve constipation.
