Over the time, we have heard about cases of heart diseases, cancer and other illness that keep on rising. What are the root causes that contribute the rise of these diseases?  To stay healthy is everybody’s dream. But how to stay healthy and what should we do to achieve it? All about is our lifestyle. Fried food also relate to death risk on kidney patients, because often kidney patients have an impaired ability to strain out destructive fats consisted in a cooked fried food. The mainstream of death from renal disease is associated to heart disease, if someone develops renal disease, he or she will more likely to die from heart failure stroke or heart attacks. The figure of death case is much higher than who doesn’t have renal disease. Those patients who be vegetarian diet having a higher survival rate. Start to change your diet if you’re a renal disease patient.

Deep fried process will destroy most of the nutrients in the food. As we end up eating only calories. Better to reduce deep fried food towards your healthy lifestyle. Some cooking oils such as flaxseed and sunflower oil degrade when heated too long hour during cooking. It’ll release toxic substances because these type of oil having a low flash point. It’s important to avoid cooking with low flash point oils that produce toxic substances and amplify the threat of neurology disorders such as resulting improper brain functioning especially infants or kids.
