Another way of staying healthy is through physical. There are ways to obtain healthy physical. Here are some examples:
Always maintain your healthy daily eating habits
Avoid diet to lose weight that is instant, because usually very unhealthy. To obtain all the nutrients needed by our human body, you should eat with a balanced daily diet including protein, wheat, milk, fruits and vegetables, and also fat (yes, fat is also needed!). By doing this, you will have a healthy brain, a healthy heart, and a fully functioning immune system. By eating a very varied diet will also ensure you get all the minerals, vitamins, enzyme and oils that your body wants.
- To reduce weight, our body must burn at least 50% more calories than the number of calories you consume. That’s the only way to do it. With the abnormal of sugary foods, eliminating one part of food pyramid from your daily diet will not be able to substitute the need to consume lesser calories.
- Prevent skipping meals, so as not to complicate the condition of the body. There are people who even suggest eating in small amounts six times a day rather than eating three times in large quantities, which can maintain energy and stable levels of sugar. But in the end many people who change “eat small amounts” into unhealthy food portions and ultimately not only consume extra calories, but also less nutritious. Be frank with yourself before choosing to do this.
- When you need to control the portion of the meal, eat foods with low energy (ie more portions but fewer calories). Vegetables and fruits for example, contain not only minerals and vitamins, but also fiber and water, which make it longer time to digest and keep you feeling full longer.
Drink more water.
Water helps in cleansing the rest of the metabolism to keep your metabolism in good shape. Water can also help you feel fuller, so drink at least two liters of water each day (or more if you’re active or live in hot climates).
- Try to drink water that has been purified. Tap water often contains chlorine and fluoride which reduces the health benefits of drinking water.
Sleep well every night.
Adults should sleep between 7 and 9 hours each day, while school-age children should sleep between 10 and 11 hours each day. One obvious way is very important to improve the quality of sleep is sleep in total darkness, because the slightest light can interfere with chemical processes that tell you to rest. If you cannot remove the light in the room, use a blindfold. Another good way to improve your sleeping quality is to exercise.
Sleep is also a good way to prevent overeating. A study by The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition showed that men who slept only 4 hours consumed an average of 500 calories more than they did after sleeping for 8 hours.
Keep up with sports.
Sports are very important to maintain our health. Its help us to improve cardiovascular health. Remember, for those who having arthritis, high blood pressure and heart disease should consult doctor before trying a distraction exercise.
Limit bad habits.
Stop smoking, overcome drug addiction, and if necessary, stop drinking. Avoid other risky behaviors such as speeding, fighting, unprotected sex, and doing things that challenge danger.
Keep yourself clean.
Wash your hands completely after touching the sick, using the bathroom, or anything else that can make you sick. (If you are not sure what “full” means, sing the song “Happy Birthday” in your heart while washing your hands, then when you finish singing the song, you should also have finished washing your hands). In addition to using dental floss regularly, brush your teeth and tongue at least twice a day to limit tartar and harmful bacteria. Take regularly. Create a meeting schedule with your doctor and dentist to make sure your whole body is functioning properly and you are always as healthy as ever.
As we know, there are lots of ways to stay healthy. It is depends on us how we going to handle it. We have to choose to be healthier or the reverse versa.
