Always maintain your healthy daily eating habits

Avoid diet to lose weight that is instant, because usually very unhealthy. To obtain all the nutrients needed by our human body, you should eat with a balanced daily diet including protein, wheat, milk, fruits and vegetables, and also fat (yes, fat is also needed!). By doing this, you will have a healthy brain, a healthy heart, and a fully functioning immune system. By eating a very varied diet will also ensure you get all the minerals, vitamins, enzyme and oils that your body wants.

  • To reduce weight, our body must burn at least 50% more calories than the number of calories you consume. That’s the only way to do it. With the abnormal of sugary foods, eliminating one part of food pyramid from your daily diet will not be able to substitute the need to consume lesser calories.

Limit bad habits.

Stop smoking, overcome drug addiction, and if necessary, stop drinking. Avoid other risky behaviors such as speeding, fighting, unprotected sex, and doing things that challenge danger.

Keep yourself clean.
